Our Story

Our story starts with our founder Bruna, and her family restaurant and paneteria, the original Dolce Fantasia in Torino, the cuneo region in Italy. Bruna hails from a long line of passionate bakers and chefs. She continued the legacy by attending culinary school to perfect her family recipes and add her own unique and modern touch. Together with her husband John, an expert chef who has worked with celebrity Michelin star chefs, at Dolce Fantasia we bring to you traditional Northern Italian Cuisine with a French touch, using top quality, fresh, and authentic ingredients, from our family to yours.
